Once you confirm the transfer from your bank or e-wallet app, our payment system logs the transaction and credits your lobby balance immediately. A confirmation email is sent to your registered account email. Your transaction history in Account Settings shows every deposit with timestamp and method.
Contact our support team immediately with the transaction date and amount. We will freeze your account pending review, check the login history and device record, and escalate to our security team. If the transaction was fraudulent, we can issue a reversal request to the payment processor within the chargeback window.
We retain your account record (email, username, address) for the retention period required by local law, typically 5 years. Game history and transaction logs are archived for audit compliance. You can request early deletion of specific fields by contacting support with your account email.
